After much internal discussion, we have decided to discontinue our Grindless Discord server. We found that our particular userbase prefers to communicate using their existing social media groups instead of using Discord. This server ended up being used primarily for customer support, which we already have a myriad of methods available to our clients who are seeking help using the point of sale.
We created this server with the goal of allowing our clients to be able to talk to one another and share ideas with like-minded business owners from similar industries. We found that our particular userbase prefers to communicate using their existing social media groups instead of using Discord. As popular as Discord is, most business owners we encountered were not familiar with it or were not in the habit of using it regularly and preferred other platforms instead. We will be reviewing alternative platforms to host similar groups in the future.
