Yes. You are welcome to publish posts to your social media feeds at any time in addition to our posts. Be aware though that posting too many times within a day or week may dilute any one particular message due to how social media algorithms tend to operate.
Additional posts are available, upon request, for a small additional fee.
We will meet with you at a scheduled time to review and make adjustments to your campaign(s) to ensure optimum performance. These meetings are scheduled as needed by either party. This meeting will take 30-60 minutes.

After you sign up, content creation begins once your marketing questionnaire is submitted to us. From that submission date, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to design and deliver your first batch of social media posts.
If revisions are requested, updates are typically completed within 2–4 business days, assuming feedback is provided promptly after delivery. Delays in reviewing or responding to content may extend the overall timeline.
To ensure smooth scheduling and consistent posting, we recommend submitting your questionnaire as soon as possible and allowing sufficient lead time before any time-sensitive promotions or campaigns.
Each month, we create a series of posts that we’ll send to you for review. You can review and approve/deny and give feedback.
Aside from these posts we create on our own (without needing your direct input), we can also create specific posts for sales and events happening in your store. For these types of posts, we require for a 30-day lead time. If you have something coming up short-notice, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your new post.
Once you sign up for Grindless marketing services, our team begins developing creative assets specifically for your company. The creative process, including image creation, typically takes approximately two weeks from signup.
For advertising campaigns, new ad accounts are generally created, even if you already have existing ad accounts in use. This allows us to manage campaigns consistently and optimize performance more effectively.
For best results and maximum efficiency, we recommend providing at least 30 days’ advance notice for any new focuses or time-sensitive initiatives.
