The Grindless Point of Sale (“POS”) software offers the ability to opt-in to SMS text messages sent to customer’s phone numbers on file, which will notify the recipient of promotions and events happening in their local store. Grindless does not own or operate the locations which use the Grindless POS software.
This SERVICE is provided by Grindless at no cost and is intended for use as is. Additional fees may be incurred by the recipient from their cellphone carrier for receiving text messages from the Service. Grindless itself does not charge the end user in any way for the sending/receiving of these SMS text messages.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and
disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation
to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the
Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described
in this Privacy Policy.
How To Unsubscribe
Recipients may opt-out and cancel their text message subscription at any time. There are multiple ways to do this:
- Reply to any text message you have receive from the Service with the word “REMOVE” (case insensitive). Our POS will then remove your phone number from our subscription list automatically. This option is the fastest and more preferred method of unsubscribing.
- Contact your local store where you signed up for text messaging. You may dial the phone number which sent you our text message or call the store.
- Contact Grindless via email or telephone. You can find our Corporate contact info at the bottom of any page on our website. This option may take additional time as your number must be manually found and unsubscribed from our system.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain
personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your cellphone number, first name, and last name. Our system is also aware of which Grindless location your account was created at. This helps us send text messages that are relevant and/or interesting to you based on the local store you subscribed at.
The information that we request is will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your
Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they
are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Grindless allows its individual franchise stores to choose between one of the 2 services listed directly above.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving
to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over
the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee
its absolute security. Our database is stored on a private server which is only accessible by Grindless’s proprietary software and server administrators. We employ various security techniques along the way to ensure that our database is not accessible except as authorized by Grindless.
Use of Data
Your personal data collected from our Point of Sale software is used to send SMS text messages to your cellphone. Additional data may be stored, depending on your activity inside of Grindless locations, but is not used when sending/receiving text messages. For example, our Point of Sale software may store instances where you interacted with the store, including order history, but this information is not used in any regard to sending/receiving text messages to/from Us.

This Service may or may not contain links to external websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed
to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly
advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over
and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites
or services you may choose to click on. Websites operated by Grindless will be served from the grindless.com domain.
Children’s Privacy
This Service is not intended for use by children under age 13, and we make no attempt to collect information on those under 13 years of age.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review
this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting
the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on
